MAIN DUTIES

At Atlas, the forklift operator plays an essential role in warehousing and handling operations. The operator ensures the safe movement of goods, efficient pallet management, and loading and unloading of trailers, while respecting safety standards and internal procedures.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Here are some additional tasks you will be responsible for :

Load and unload trailers using a forklift

Move, stack, and store pallets in designated locations

Perform receiving and shipping of merchandise

Verify product condition upon receipt and report any irregularities

Scan, label, and locate pallets in the warehouse

Prepare orders for shipment

Collaborate with dispatchers and warehouse team

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

PROFILE REQUIRED

Who are we looking for? The candidate must :

Hold a valid forklift certification (strong asset)

Have experience operating a forklift

Have strong organizational skills and attention

Be able to lift loads and stand for long periods

Strictly follow safety procedures

Be punctual, reliable, and autonomous

Ability to work in a team

Speak French (English an asset)

CONDITIONS

Full-time or part-time (between 20 h and 50 h per week);
Compensation : Between $24.55/h and $28.25 $/h + overtime after 9h each day;
Time-and-a-half pay after nine hours per day for customer service agents;
